Arnold Air Society
The General Emmett O'Donnell Squadron represents Arnold Air Society at Louisiana Tech University.
The namesake of our squadron is General Emmett O'Donnell, a distinguished B-29 pilot in World War II and the Korean Police Action. General O'Donnell also served as commander of the Far East Air Forces Bomber Command, 15th Air Force, and Pacific Air Forces.
Arnold Air Society is a professional, honorary, service organization advocating the support of aerospace power. AAS is formally affiliated with AFROTC, the Air Force Association, and the Silver Wings Society. It is a national extracurricular organization available to Air Force ROTC cadets.
