The Louisiana Tech AFROTC Squadron represents Civil Air Patrol at Louisiana Tech University.

The Louisiana Tech AFROTC Squadron (Charter No. LAR03) utilizes the Ruston Regional Airport in Ruston, Louisiana. The squadron reports to the Monroe Senior Squadron, based at Monroe Regional Airport in Monroe, Louisiana. The commander of the Monroe Senior Squadron is CAP Major Charles Smith.

For more than 50 years, the Civil Air Patrol has aggressively performed the missions Congress mandated in 1946: Aerospace Education, Cadet Programs, and Emergency Services.

The motto of Civil Air Patrol is Semper Vigilans (Always Vigilant).
